The enAble ministry of Calvary Baptist Church is a ministry for those with developmental or physical impairments. Our goal at Calvary is to let families with those of disabilities know they are welcomed, loved and accepted here!
The enAble ministry offers “Breakout” once a month for children ages 6-18. We meet the 1st Thursday night of each month, 5-8 p.m., in Calvary’s Recreation Outreach Center. Breakout is enAble Ministry’s fun Thursday night respite care program for children with special needs. Activities include games, crafts, music, dinner, Bible stories and even a bounce house! Each child will be paired with a buddy for the night, and medical personnel will always be on hand for any needs.
The enAble ministry offers “Joy Prom” once a year. Joy Prom is a full scaled prom designed for people ages 13 and older with developmental or physical impairments.
